Jasmine

Jasmine is one of Purrs Abound's success stories. She came to us in the fall of 2006 after her owners moved to an apartment where pets were not allowed. Devastated by losing her family, Jasmine stopped eating and soon developed a serious liver condition. Her foster Mom and Dad worked tirelessly to keep Jasmine alive and giving her new hope. After several weeks of being fed with a feeding tube, Jasmine decided she had enough. Life apparently WAS worth living and she pulled her tube out and began eating! Since then, she has become the Princess Kitty of her foster's home and is now a permanent foster of Purrs Abound. She lives up to her name each and every day and is an absolute JOY to those around her.
